What You'll Do

Looking for unique things to do in Los Angeles? Discover the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, a mindful, hands-on practice of repairing broken ceramics with gold. Rooted in the philosophy of wabi-sabi, Kintsugi honors the beauty of imperfection, reminding us that flaws and cracks are part of our stories—not something to hide.

In this in-person Los Angeles workshop, you'll learn a modern Kintsugi technique using cashew-based lacquer and brass powder. Taught by a certified Kintsugi teacher, this beginner-friendly class provides a peaceful and reflective space to create art, slow down, and connect.

Whether you're a curious creative, a mindful maker, or just looking for a fresh experience, this class is perfect for solo attendees, couples, and groups. It also makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or a one-of-a-kind date.
